Level 3 ISSO to Vuln Mgmt Analyst - A Step Forward or Step Back?

My organization has a position open for a Vulnerability Management Analyst and I am considering leaving my role as a Level 3 ISSO to take the position. Since it is internal, it comes with the same pay, benefits, and WFH that I am doing now.
