Lets talk about commercial security products EDR, NDR, XDR, SIEM/SOC, IPS/IDS/NPS etc

I've recently done a POC with Security Onion. For me as the IT person this is the product I want. With all the agents installed, sources logging into it, the power and visibility is amazing. The SQL type CLI you have for searching the data quickly is great. However it seems to be a hard sell to the customers because they don't have a big corporate brand.
