Legal ways to stop junk mail (a serious privacy violation).

When I got junk mail, I marked it "Deceased" and put it back in the mail box. I have told just about everyone under the sun except my bank, the IRS, and my insurance that I am deceased. I am on the do not mail list. I did the opt out of pre-screen procedure. Now nobody mails me.
