I want to buy a new TV, and my parents need to use it too. 42-43" is the decided size. Unfortunately, buying anything not "smart" at that size is, quite arguably possible, quite hard, gets you dodgy brands (I can't get Sceptre in the EU), and costs more than a smart TV.
