Learning resources advice

I am pursuing a role in cybersecurity that has more of a blend of duties from different roles. To summarize, this role involves a lot of coordination. Mainly helpdesk, security incident management and coordinating responses to those events, along with onboarding and training down the road. It would require lots of on the job learning since the company is in the beginning stages security-wise.
