I am currently a digital forensics analyst for law enforcement. I want to transition into cyber/info security but I am having a hard time understanding what jobs I could apply for. My experience doesn’t really align with much. I’ve been looking at infosec analyst roles.

Law enforcement is dead box forensics. All home computing devices, and we know exactly what we’re looking for. Never do malware analysis and networking stuff.
