Knowbe4 being blocked by office 365 policies?

Hi there! I have followed every piece of documentation on knowbe4 website. Attachments are being marked as malware by the default office 365 policies. I have whitelisted all ips from knowbe4. I have email rules but those are overruled by the default police’s set by Microsoft. Has anyone got any good ideas when it comes to this? Campaigns with attachments are put in quarantine. Thanks in advance
