Keeping failed login attempt logs in Event Viewer for more than a week (s.o. going through my computer)

Hi.. I know my s.o. is going into my computer (PC, Windows 10) while I sleep. Two Step Verification doesn't do much when it pings my phone on vibrate and we live in the same household.
