Junior SOC analyst here, what should I learn for my next hop?

So I started my first role in Cyber career as a SOC analyst not long ago, and now I want to continue on learning more stuff so I could move forward in the near future. I still don't know if I'm more interested in red or blue team, I do know that hacking or malware analysis sounds cool for me. any ideas? what should I be looking to? what should I start learning already? would like to hear from yours …
