Is a job requiring a vendor specific cert worth it? Any experience with the EnCase program? This particular job posting requires a CISSP and an EnCase cert. I looked at the EnCase cert and it's $500. Job posting also requires a GCIH, GCFA, or GCIA on your own dime within six months.

EDIT: corrected the last part about the multiple certs. They are only requiring one.
