Job market in Asheville NC?

How’s the job market in Asheville? Im considering moving from our current location.

I’m comfortable in my current role which is remote, but to be future-proof I’m hoping to find a place with a decent job market as a contingency. Ideally any future role would be remote but I’d like to be in a place where I could find gainful employment relatively quickly considering how competitive the remote market is.
