I've recently discovered the Cookie AutoDelete extension for my browser. Is it a good idea?

I've got it running right now. But a lot of people in the reviews say it requires a bit of set-up to use properly. Which concerns me because I just got it up and running immediately. So I fear I'm missing something.

Does anyone have experience with this extension that can help me?

EDIT: Removed the extension. I'm even more confused than ever.
