IT Manager, what’s next?

This month marks my 7th year in the IT industry and its been one hell of a ride. I started working at a nationwide MSP 6 years ago fresh as could be. Learned so about what it takes from support, service delivery, building tools, and maintaining systems but never harvesting all of that together and managing a small internal team until this past year for a company as the IT Manager.
What is the career roadmap from here? …
