For context, there are some financial services I use/want to use that only support SMS or voice 2FA, and I want to avoid using it if possible since SMS is insecure and vulnerable to SIM swapping. Plus, I find it more annoying than email 2FA and especially TOTP 2FA, even ignoring the security benefits.
