Is using another browser like Firefox on iOS better for privacy than using Safari?

I mean, since all browsers on iOS have to use WebKit („2.5.6 Apps that browse the web must use the appropriate WebKit framework and WebKit Javascript.“ [source](https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/)) does it even make a difference in terms of privacy if you use something else than Safari?
