Is this Phising? EA account email changed followed by Epic & Rockstar

I received two mails of EA Security Code and soon after that my EA account email was changed to kostjaisaev8208@rambler.ru I didn't share my code so, How?

After this, my Epic and Rockstar password got updated as well.

All these mails went to spam, some to trash. No filters on email.

Is it possible that my google account has been compromised? But I never received any login notifications and there aren't any sus sessions.
