Privacy & Freedom in the Information Age www.reddit.com

My boss obtained a picture my cell phone without my permission of an image that appears that I was doing outside work. Is this an invasion of privacy? I asked for a copy of the images to share with my attorney and they do not want to give me a copy. I did not give consent to being filmed or photographed at work, nor did I give anyone consent to take pictures of my personal cell phone and its contents.
