Is there any know privacy issues with the new Microsoft Outlook client

I have use Microsoft products thru the years and I have come to the conclusion that their motto is "We rather as for forgiveness and for permission."

I understand that Microsoft latest crusade is to add everything to CoPilot which raises some concerns about privacy.

I looking for comments and/or suggestions.
