Is there an app to lock and hide Photos and Videos

i am very sceptic about privacy and what not and I've been looking through the white papers and privacy agreements of many supposed "photo vault" or "hidden calculator" apps and found that most will just give your information to third parties or the authorities ect. Are there any actual hidden photo/video apps that encrypt your data so that only you. Only the user can see the contents. i currently just use a WhatsApp group which only has me in it. …
