Is there a way I can report an email from a company who is not complying with CAN-SPAM? (One click unsubscribe)

If I'm paying a company $500 a year for any service, I expect their emails they send to me to be compliant. I should NOT have to email them to ASK to be unsubscribed. Does this not break CAN-SPAM policy? Can I forward the email to the FCC?
