Is there a SIEM that stands above the competition for orgs in the cloud and macOS environments?

My org is looking for a SIEM and I keep encountering great-looking products, but I'm not sure how to judge their fit for our environment.

We're 100% butt based. Google, 365, WebEx, and a long list of other butt apps. We're also strictly macOS users and fairly small with around 1,000 users.
