Is there a good payment app to send money to people that isn’t a privacy nightmare and isn’t cash?

Currently use cash app I’m not sure if they are bad or not and also used to use Apple Pay until I read they give out information too. Is it so hard to ask for a place that doesn’t use me as a tool and can instead just let me send money anonymously? And yes I already know of Bitcoin but the people I want to send money to don’t want crypto
