Is there a flowchart for best practices for making a brand new phone private?

I didn't see anything like a tutorial in the FAQ on a recommended "to-do" list for a new device so I thought I would ask here.

I just picked up an unlocked Samsung 23 Ultra, but I have not transferred my SIM over to it or used the phone in any way.

Hoping to get an order of operations so I can do this correctly from the beginning.
