Is there a email service provider that encrypts all data ON SERVER SIDE that they cannot read your emails?

I am using fastmail but they say they can read all mails etc.

I am looking for a provider, ideally with calendar, contacts etc, where everything is encrypted so nobody can read it on a server side. Paid no problem.

I need this to be synced to outlook, cannot stand web-interfaces due multiple email accounts.
