Is the new Safari (v17.0) on macOS Sonoma "private enough" for you to consider switching to it?

I use Firefox on my Mac and configure it similarly to how this YouTuber configues his:

I would like to use Safari (in conjunction with Firefox), but due to the privacy benefits & customisation abilities I largely just stick with Firefox.

Has the new Safari on macOS Sonoma done enough make you consider switching?
