Is the CIA Triad created equal in practice?

Theoretically, each aspect of the CIA Triad is created equal but we all know that theory isn’t always reflected in practice.

Do you see a certain aspect (Confidentiality, Integrity or Availability) of the CIA Triad favored over others in your org or security team?

What spurred this question is I recently heard that hospitals are most concerned about Availability.
