Is 'SmartBackgroundChecks' real? I typed in my family member's number and some random guy showed up and apparently verified few months ago.

It's some African sounding name who owns the phone and it was verified actually in like September 2021 lol.
My relative had this number since she got her first iphone (which was like 5 years ago as switched carrier).
Is this some security breach? Maybe i shouldn't be throwing lol
