Is ProofPoint Email Security Good?

Looking at changing SEG at my company.
Does anyone have ProofPoint?

- What do you like/not like about the product?
- Is technical support good?
- Are the policies and controls good enough to prevent the latest phishing trends? (I think we need abnormal behaviour detection capabilities like rare sender, different email format to usual etc. Most companies brand this is as “ai”)
