Is my identity in danger?

I got home today and had two letters. One was a cashapp debit card that was opened and sent to my house which I have opened a case for already. The other was a flexible spending account that came from an employer I had nearly 4 years ago. I haven’t been able to get through to a customer rep yet, but from the automated message there’s a large balance in there. Anyone know if this means someone’s trying to steal …
