Is my experience worth anything?

I need a gut check here, I've been in CyberSec for 5 years now, started in a technical (red team consulting) and stayed there for a year, transitioned into GRC doing FFIEC/SOX based audits, and for the last several years have been doing HITRUST/ISO 27001K engagements.
