Is my employer monitoring every move on my work laptop?

How can I check?

I know it's illegal from their side to do so if it's not stated in the contract, but I have doubts there are any regulations about that in my country...

Today they installed SentinelOne and as far as I know it's mostly an antivirus, but do they get any monitoring access or see any of my activity? Can I also check for other programs maybe?
