Is meta violating my privacy?

Meta requested, or made me actually to change my profile picture or my profile name so that they can identify me as a advertiser working for my company, the company that employs me Not my own company. Not even advertising for myself.

And I am made to submit my passport to them again.

So in total i have to change my profile picture so that my face is visible, and submited my passport three times, I am still not verified …
