Is it worth using applications that respect my privacy?

I have been informing myself lately about privacy and the truth is that it seems to me a quite interesting topic. the problem is that I NEED to use Instagram, Google Maps, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify or Windows. What is the use of starting to use a private email, Firefox or replacing some Google apps if in the end I am going to have to use other tools that do not respect my privacy?
