Is it worth staying in Blue Team forever, or does everyone in blue team eventually go to Red Team?

As the title says, I read around here seeing people say go blue then engineer security for red. I personally would much rather focus blue in my career if possible.

Side note: I am currently studying for Sec+ and looking into Blue Team Certifications
