Privacy & Freedom in the Information Age www.reddit.com

I originally started using an email alias service for trivial things like newsletters. But I'm wondering if I should start switching all of my accounts to email aliases.

Is it wise to use unique email aliases with important accounts, like banking, password manager login account, medical, tax filing, airlines, etc.? Is there any category of account(s) that is not recommended to use email aliases?

Thanks for your advice!
