Is it possible to recover safari browsing data after it has been cleared on a ipad/ios?

So , i need to find out what i user has been doing on a company iPad but the safari history has been wiped. we are small company and we only have 3 ipads so we don't have a mdm or ABM. is there any tools for macos to read cookies or cache data to see where a user has been going? any help would be very appreciated.
