If so, how do I do it?

I did some dumb stuff when I was a kid, I have family members who can be very immature and out of touch with problematic beliefs and attitudes (which can cause me to look bad by association), and the brain chemical issue I have at the moment can cause social, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral problems.

I know I'm not perfect. It'd be great if I could address some stuff, though.
