Is it possible for an undergraduate student to obtain a Top Secret clearance?

I know it sounds odd but I recently saw an internship job offer that REQUIRED a Top Secret clearance from their undergraduate interns. I didn't know this was possible so I came here to ask. If it's possible to obtain one at this point in my career I would very much like to know.
