Is it okay to give “public” stores my personal email or should I use a alias for everything I buy?

So I have a personal email that has a ton of aliases forwarding to it. I use a dedicated alias address for each website/ app.

My question is. Do I give people that carry out my purchases in public, my real email address?
(I’m buying from them in person not online)
