I agree with the protest, but as a user, it makes my life more difficult. Since I've been using Reddit for so long, I don't use or scroll through pointless social media apps.





They should create their community on Lemmy and link to it in the subreddit barrier message rather than making all the subs private and linking the Verge article, so that people really move and get some help.
