Is it legal for Employer to monitor what you say off the call? (Remote)

What are the legalities, and is this even possible? Location: TX

I work at a call center. Things have gotten… intense and there have been way too many coincidences of things happening.

Basically, what I say around the computer somehow gets brought up and has been used against me.

I’m a good performer, but there seems to be some animosity from management. That’s another story. Company is large, I use their devices.
