Is it appropriate to reveal security capabilities / products of previous employers in a CV / interview?

This is considering you haven't signed an NDA. As an example, at job X I managed the EDR solution Y. At job X I implemented this security control, etc.

For me it feels wrong and I try to hide specific product details when I can.
