My bank's online platform has just these two options for 2-factor authentication: receive an SMS text message or an email with a code. (There is no option for anything like a Yubikey or authenticator app).



I use Gmail for my bank account's email. If I setup a Yubikey on that Gmail account and have the login code emailed to that account:
