Is getting the certification worth it or should I just wait?

I am a college cybersec intern with my university and I have the opportunity to take the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam for free along with other Azure certs. I am wondering though if it's worth spending time to study and take the exam since it's free or rather spend my time studying for the Security +.
