Is EC-Council Hard Up for Money

Has anybody else been getting personal emails from EC-Council about new trainings and certifications? It’s like vendor spam, but from a certification body. Are the billions from the DoD sending everybody through their CEH and the exorbitant cost of their “degree” programs just not making ends meet?

ETA - They’re also doing follow up calls after the email. Good lord.
