Is communication with "i got nothing to hide" people - an exposure to your privacy?

Communication with people that dont care about their privacy, the ones that enter their emails, phone numbers everywhere, dont use ip changing apps when browsing, have simple passwords, no FA - if im texting about some sensitive subject with them, does this mean I am also exposed as they are?
