I have biometrics enabled on my phone, and it has access to everything (password manager, email, banking, etc). Is it secure?

What if I am sleeping and someone grabs my hand to unlock my device? Or if I ever got knocked out by someone on the streets and they use my "fingerprint or face" to unlock my device and steal everything?

Should I disable it and use passcode only, or is it secure? Thoughts??
