iPhone Call Logs via iCloud?

As the iCloud device backups are not storing calls, is there a way to pull these via iCloud? I've tried pulling via Elcomsoft through the synced data section, but the resulting call log db is empty. Similar to messages, is there a toggle that needs to be changed on the physical device to allow for this? Thanks, community!
