(iOS) Photos app replacement that doesn't track + deletes metadata/exif data?

I'm starting my privacy journey. I'm currently trying to replace as many of my current apps with private alternatives as possible. Are there any apps I can use to store photos that isn't the apple photos app? One where I can import all my current images/videos/gifs/etc, scrub them of all their metadata, and continue on using the new app to save new images/videos/gifs/etc without storing the metadata at all? I eventually want to be able to delete the photos app …
