Intelius won't remove my information

I sent an email asking Intelius to remove my data. A lot of the data broker websites' captchas or other nuissances are not working properly, therefore, I can not proceed. I believe that it is strategically designed this way for some companies. They keep offering canned responses about using their suppression tool where by you have to sign up with an account.
